1. Visit http://emspro.truman.edu.

  2. Hold your mouse over the navigation bar's My Account and then clicking on Log In.
     

  3. Then, hold your mouse over the navigation bar's Reservations and then clicking on View My Requests.
     

  4. Then, your request will be displayed. Now, click on your request.
     

  5. Your event details will be displayed:
     

  6. To add equipment or setup notes to your reservation select the + (green) under services.

  7. To add equipment click on the Equipment link. To add setup notes click on the Setup Notes link.

  8. Click on the next to the category of equipment you would like to request.

  9. Then check the  check box next to the equipment that you would like to request.

  10. A quantity of one will automatically be selected and a text box for special instructions will appear. Enter any special instructions and change the quantity if desired.|

     

  11. The following message will appear once you have successfully made the request:

  12. To add more equipment click on the + (green)next to equipment. To review the instructions on how to add equipment please click here. To remove equipment click on the x (red) next to the item you wish to remove.
