Campus Organizations may reserve table space, easels, and display cases in order to advertise and/or promote events. Tables, easels, and display cases may be reserved through Virtual EMS.  Please Note: Bake Sales are not allowed in the Student Union, due to our contract with Sodexo. Bake sales may be held in MC Hall.” When you logon to Virutal EMS,   the "building" you want to click on is "SUB Resources".  From there the "rooms" are the items that are available for reserve.
