Audio-Visual Equipment - In addition to the Union office’s limited amount of equipment, the IT Service Center, located in MC111, has electronic media available for checkout. For information on available electronic media visit them on the web here. For special academic equipment rental call toll free at (866)-520-2412.
Automatic Teller Machine - USBank and Bank of Kirksville ATMS are located on the first floor of the SUB across from the lockers. These machines offers service for Cirrus, MasterCard, Visa, and other major cards.
Bulletin Boards - One board is located on each floor for general use - campus posting rules apply.
Copier & Fax Machine - A copier is located at the Information Center for student, faculty, staff, and the public to use. A charge of 10 cents per copy applies, and the copier is full service. A fax machine is also located at the information center. You can send or receive both domestic and international faxes. Inquire at the Information Center for details on pricing and procedures, or email them at info@truman.edu.
Elevator - There are both a public use elevator and a service elevator in the Union. The public use elevator can be found outside of the main Bookstore entrance on the first floor, in the Hub (formerly the Quiet Lounge) across from Jazzman's on the second floor, and on the mezzanine outside of the Dean of Student Affairs Office on the third floor. Access to the service elevator can be found across from the Down Under on the south end of the lower level; next to the Mainstreet Market counters on the main level; and behind the Activities Room on the upper level.
Information Center - The Information Center is located in the main concourse across from Mainstreet. It will provide directions, information, and answers to a variety of questions concerning campus and the local area for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Campus maps and various campus and area brochures are available here. Also, you may send or receive a fax, purchase stamps, or use a our copy machine.
Laundry Debit Machine - Bring your student ID and increase your available balance for campus laundry services. The machine is located at the northeast corner of the building on the lower level and accepts dollar bills only.
Locker Rental - These are rented on a yearly basis for $6.00 at the Student Involvement office. They are located on the lower level in the main hallway.
Lost and Found - Any item found in the Union should be turned in to the Information Center. At the end of the week, all items are turned over to the Department of Public Safety.
Mail Boxes for Student Organizations - These are located in the Student Organization Work/Resource Room on the lower level.
Maps - The Union office can provide you with maps of campus and Kirksville.
Publications - Copies of the free school newspaper, the Index and other school publications can be picked up at the Union. Copies of USA Today and the New York Times are also available and can be obtained outside of Mainstreet cafeteria by inserting a Truman ID (you will not be charged). You may browse select copies of Truman's yearbook, the Echo in the Hub (main lounge), they cannot be taken outside of the lounge.
Ride Board - Blue Key National Honor Fraternity donated the ride board to the Student Union. this service helps students find rides to other cities by listing whether they need a ride or can provide one. The board is located on the lower level of the Student Union.
Student ID's - If you have lost your card, you may get a temporary one in the Food Service office located in the main union office. If you need to replace your Truman ID Card, you must go to the ID Office located within the Student Union office complex at Suite 2000. Student IDs are not transferrable and may not be loaned.
Student Senate Info Board - Located on the main level, this board communicates the latest activities of the Student Senate and responds to student suggests and concerns.
Tickets -
Lyceum tickets for students may be picked up at the SAB window. Faculty/staff and emeritus/retired tickets may be picked up at the Information Center.
Vending Machines - Located behind the stairs across from the Down Under on the first floor.
Vending Machine Refunds - Report these to the main Union office.
